The visit of prof. Trond Randøy in Faculty of Economics and Management within the project “Economics and Management Student and Teacher Mobility between University of Latvia and University of Agder”

On September 8, 2015 prof. Trond Randøy delivered the lecture on “Scandinavian Corporate Governance”. The lecture was attended by MA students from different programmes: “Financial Economics”, “Business Economics”, “Mathematical Economics”, “International Business with specialization in Export Management” and other interested.  The content of the lecture can be found here. During the visit prof. Trond Randøy also attended the lecture “International Finance" and joined a discussion with second year MA "Financial Economics" students about the role of international finance and correlations in the global world. Future development of partnership within a purpose to expand joint research opportunities, promoting discussion of the most current topics in international economics and management, as well as importance of cooperation and unity between the Baltic States and Norway (Nordic countries) in the global world had been discussed. The project is co-financed by the EEA and Norway Grants.
